Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown

Breakfast has tons of options. This was by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had included with the room rate. Location is central to both campus and the state capitol. Plenty to do in the area. Some nice restaurant options in walking distance. Employees were all terrific and we made sure to make a note to the manager. Suly was notably good at her job and funny too!

A beautiful hotel in downtown Madison within walking distance of the capitol and the University of Wisconsin buildings. The room was large and modern and clean. The beds were great. The largest widescreen TV I've ever seen in a hotel room and it came on automatically displaying my name when I first walked into the room!

It started with a smile at the front desk during check in. We found the room to be exceptionally clean as well as all the facilities(ie, pool, hot tub, common area, and meal tables). The staff was wonderful and had no problems answering any questions. The hotel itself is centrally located downtown Madison. Having never been there before we weren't sure what to expect...let me say there is no need for a car in this location if you don't plan on travelling far. There are so many good restaurants within 3 blocks of the hotel I don't think I could have eaten at them all. Everybody walks in this town from 6am to 2am, it was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and well-appointed. Breakfast items were different each morning with a great variety of items available. Pool and hot tub were great. Towels were readily available for use and the pool deck was very clean.

It was very spacious and comfortable, wish there were a few more hot options for eggs and sides. But overall good!
