Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Great location with ease of traveling to and from locations within the city, both driving and walking in the capitol area. Appreciated the safe and secure parking.

It started with a smile at the front desk during check in. We found the room to be exceptionally clean as well as all the facilities(ie, pool, hot tub, common area, and meal tables). The staff was wonderful and had no problems answering any questions. The hotel itself is centrally located downtown Madison. Having never been there before we weren't sure what to expect...let me say there is no need for a car in this location if you don't plan on travelling far. There are so many good restaurants within 3 blocks of the hotel I don't think I could have eaten at them all. Everybody walks in this town from 6am to 2am, it was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and well-appointed. Breakfast items were different each morning with a great variety of items available. Pool and hot tub were great. Towels were readily available for use and the pool deck was very clean.

Excellent hotel and cost value!! We were able to check in a little early, and check out isn’t until noon! The breakfast buffet is awesome; strong coffee and a variety of fresh fruit items as all as breakfast tacos one day. The pool and hot tub are really big and well maintained, definitely worth a swim. The room is clean, quiet, spacious. Excellent location off state street. Dog friendly, too! Would absolutely stay again!

Location is close to downtown and within walking distance of the capitol. The breakfast was above-average. Room was comfortable and clean.

The beds, although they seem to be getting a bit worn down. I had not stayed in a Hampton Inn in over 4 years due to a BAD experience with a Hampton Inn in Milwaukee. However, when the front desk representative called me to see when I would be checking in I was slightly impressed. So the pre welcome was nice

Upon entering our room, the temperature was very very high. We tried turning down the temperature and the temperature just kept climbing. I called down to the front desk and within 15 minutes we were set up in a new room. Beyond impressed!

Check-in was quick and easy, the bed was extremely comfy and the room in general very clean.

There was coffee/tea available all the time and next to the reception cold water will lemon was also helpful during the hot summer days.

Great location, friendly staff. Very comfy beds, delicious and varied breakfast. Parking is also very easy and safe.
